Common questions from first-time visitors

Q1 Can I start with no exercise background at all?

A Yes. You'll start with a version you can do — steady first, then heavier.

Q2 Should I choose a group class or one-on-one?
A For the most individual attention, choose one-on-one. To build a weekly rhythm, start with a group class.

Q3 I live around Fengshan or the Wenshan Special District. Is Beyoung Training convenient for me?

A Beyoung Training is in the Wenshan Special District of Kaohsiung, in Sanmin District, close to Fengshan. Whether it's convenient depends on where you're coming from, how you'll travel and your weekly class time — not just which district you live in.

Just tell us your goals and current condition, and we'll help you choose a suitable way to start, so training becomes something you can keep up for the long run.
