Free-Weight Group Class
Suits people who already know the basic movements and want to train every week at a set time, building progress steadily.
The class has a shared training focus and weekly version, which most students do together, with weights set by each person's current ability. When needed, the coach adjusts the movement version, load or range of motion.
Schedule and fees
Once a week | 4 classes a month | 1 hour per class
NT$3,900 / month
Renewal for the following month: NT$3,600 / month
Several class times are currently available, including one women-only class. Actual class times and how to sign up are as shown on the class page.
If you already have training experience with the squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press and row, you can sign up directly — no need to start with one-on-one.

One-on-One Personal Training
Training is planned around your goals, physical condition and learning pace, with the coach adjusting movement path, tempo and how you produce force session by session.
Suits people who want more individual attention, including those new to free weights who want to build a movement foundation with closer guidance. Training frequency and progression are planned around your current situation.
Schedule and fees
Trial session: 60 minutes | NT$2,500 per person per session
To find out about one-on-one training plans, tell us your training experience, current needs and the times that suit you. We'll first confirm a suitable class arrangement, then explain the plan fees.

一對二私人教練課程
Two people train together, led by the coach at the same time. Movement versions, weights and progression are planned separately for each person, so you don't need to be at the same level to train together.
Suits people who want to build a training habit with a partner, friend or family member, and want someone watching and adjusting their movement.
To find out about two-person training plans, tell us each person's training experience, current needs and the times you can train together. We'll first check whether it suits you to train together, then explain the plan fees.

What Beyoung Training students say

What ages and physical conditions is the group class suitable for?
Besides age, we also look at your current mobility, training experience and physical condition. If you're older, haven't exercised in a long time, or have a condition that needs special consideration, we usually start with a format that allows more individual attention. If you have an illness, recent surgery or are under medical care, please confirm with a medical professional first whether it's suitable to start training.
Can I start straight away with no exercise background?
Yes. You don't need to get really good before you come. We start with a version you can do, make the movements steady and smooth, then gradually increase the intensity.
How often is the Free-Weight Group Class, and how much does it cost?
Once a week, four classes a month, 1 hour per class. The fee is NT$3,900 / month. Renewal for the following month is NT$3,600 / month.
What's the schedule and fee for Beginner Strength Training – LV1 / LV2?
1.5 hours per class, two classes over two weeks. The fee is NT$4,980 per level.
How do one-on-one and two-person fees work?
Full plans and fees for one-on-one and two-person personal training aren't currently listed on this page. You can first visit the class pages to see how sessions work, and when you'd like to confirm a plan, talk to us about the arrangement and fees that suit you now.
Is there a contract for group classes? What's the minimum sign-up?
Group classes are arranged month by month, with four classes a month and no long-term contract. Existing students who renew and pay by the end of the previous month get the renewal price of NT$3,600 / month for the next month. Once the class month has started, if there are still spots, you can join at the standard fee of NT$3,900. Sign-up must be completed 48 hours before the class starts.
Can I make up or reschedule group classes?
Once you've chosen a class group, it usually can't be changed. Classes missed for personal reasons aren't made up. If classes are cancelled because of a natural disaster or force majeure, credit or make-up options will be offered as announced. Details on leave and the waitlist are as explained on the sign-up page.
How is this different from a regular gym?
Beyoung Training is appointment-only, with coach-led classes. We don't currently offer open self-directed training. You can learn more about how each class is taught and arranged in the class descriptions above.
If you already know which class you want to start with, go straight to its class page for full details. If you're not sure yet, leave a note about your current situation and questions on the Contact page.
