Strength as a lifelong ability
Start from what you can do,
and make strength training something you can keep doing.
We don't aim for perfect on day one. Based on what you can do now,
we build strength, movement quality, and a training rhythm you can keep.
LET'S GET MOVING!
What we hope training gives you
Through long-term strength training, we hope to help people build and keep their physical abilities, and use them in everyday life.
Peace of mind
Know what your body can do right now, and how to keep moving forward.
Reserve
A little more strength for carrying things, taking the stairs, and traveling, so you don't have to give it everything each time.
Quality
Keep training, space, and life steady, clear, and well-made.
Outlook
As your age and daily needs change, keep practicing to keep the physical abilities you need.

How Beyoung plans your training
Start from what you can do today
You don't need to prove anything on day one. The coach looks at your training experience, movement control, and what you can do with good form, then decides which version you start with.
Get the movement stable first, then add more step by step
Weight goes up as your movement and body control become more stable. We change one thing at a time and keep every set at a similar quality before moving to the next weight or version.
Training you can recover from and keep doing
Each program considers intensity, volume, variety, rest, and your weekly schedule together. How much you do today also depends on whether you can keep the same movement quality next session.

About Beyoung
About Beyoungtraining
Beyoung Training Studio – Wei Tzu-Hsiang
"The point of all this learning is not to make training complicated. I focus on finding the version you can do, so you can make steady progress every week."
Working in the fitness industry since 2019, with ongoing study in Monster Training's strength & conditioning coach courses and coach research program. In every session, the coach first looks at how you move and what load you handle now, then decides whether the next step is adding weight, changing the exercise version, or making the movement more stable first.

Free-Weight Group Class

Keep more physical reserve as the years go by

Free-Weight Group Class member Age 39
The classes are relaxed and fun. I even got my older sister to start lifting with me, and I feel myself improving every session, which makes me love training even more. The coach often shares what he learns at Monster Training, and I've started listening to Dr. Li-An Ho's podcast too. I've learned a lot!
FAQ
Q: Can I start with no experience at all?
Yes. If you've never trained, starting with a coach is a good idea. We first adjust each movement to a version you can do with control, then gradually increase the difficulty and intensity.
Q: I'm worried I won't stick with it. Will I just stop after a while?
We build training into a rhythm you can sustain, including how intensity is planned, rest and recovery, and adjustments for how you feel on the day, so you build up steadily.
Q: Is Beyoung Training a rehab center?
No. We offer strength and movement training to help you build basic strength, movement quality, and a long-term exercise habit. It is not medical treatment or a rehabilitation service.
If you have significant pain, are recovering from surgery, or have a specific medical condition, please get assessed by a medical professional first.
