Beyoung Training Group Class General Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

1. Business information

Business name: Beyoung Training Studio (比安訓練運動工作室)
Owner: Wei Tzu-Hsiang
Phone: 0962026868
Website: www.beyoungtraining.com
Business and service address: 1F, No. 95, Baoyang E. St., Sanmin Dist., Kaohsiung

The student's name, phone number, email and other contact details are as stated in the registration and order.

2. Scope and contract components

These terms apply to the group classes provided by Beyoung Training Studio (the "Studio"), including:

  1. Free-Weight Group Class.

  2. Beginner Strength Training – LV1.

  3. Beginner Strength Training – LV2.

  4. Other group classes whose product page clearly states that these terms apply.

Each class's month or term, class group, dates, number of sessions, session length, fees and other details are as stated on the product page and in the order.

These terms, the product page, the order information, the checkout policies and any class descriptions confirmed by both parties together form the class service contract for that term.

All product pages published by the Studio for a class form part of its content.

3. Contract review and formation

Before a student first signs up for a group class, the Studio shall provide a contract review period of at least three days.

If a student needs more time to read the terms or would like a copy of the contract to keep, they can contact the Studio before paying and complete the sign-up after reviewing.

Once the student has completed sign-up and payment, the class contract for that term is formed.

When renewing the same type of class later, if no important terms have changed, the full terms do not need to be signed again each month.

If fees, refunds, leave, class periods or other important rights are adjusted, the Studio will update the date of the terms and give students the chance to review them before the new rules apply. New rules do not retroactively change the important rights and obligations of orders already placed.

4. Website membership and eligibility

Students must register a website member account to place orders and pay through this website.

The website member account is only used for logging in, signing up, managing orders and receiving class notifications. Joining a group class does not require buying a gym membership, and there is no separate membership fee.

If a student is unsure whether a group class suits them right now, they can discuss it with the Studio before paying. The coach will help determine a suitable way to start based on the student's current training experience, movement foundation and physical condition.

5. Class format and class size

Group classes are taught by one coach to multiple students.

The Free-Weight Group Class and Beginner Strength Training – LV1 and LV2 generally run as follows:

  • Three to eight people per class.

  • A class runs with three or more people.

  • Maximum of eight people.

The coach adjusts movement versions, weights, range of motion, sets, reps and training content based on each student's current training experience, movement foundation, class progress and condition on the day.

Unless the product page clearly states otherwise, group classes do not specify a particular coach; the Studio assigns a coach who meets the class requirements.

6. Minimum class size, sign-up and waitlist

Sign-up for group classes generally closes 48 hours before the class starts, subject to available spots.

When a class is full, students can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, the Studio will notify students in waitlist order, depending on the actual class arrangements.

If fewer than three people have signed up before the class starts, the Studio will notify students, who may choose to:

  1. Transfer to another class group or term with matching content and level.

  2. Keep the fees paid for a later suitable month or term.

  3. Receive a full refund of the fees paid for that term.

Transfers or keeping fees for later require the student's consent. The Studio will not convert a refund into store credit or another spending balance without the student's consent.

7. Class fees and payment

The fee for each term is the actual amount paid as stated on the product page and in the order.

The average price per session is calculated as follows:

The actual amount paid for the term, divided by the total number of sessions agreed for that term.

If the order clearly includes complimentary sessions, those sessions are counted in the total number of sessions and in refund calculations.

When signing up, students pay the full fee for the term using the payment methods offered at checkout. Once the contract is formed, the Studio will not unilaterally add any fees not stated on the product page, in the order or in these terms.

The Studio does not currently offer or refer students to third-party consumer loans.

Special terms for the Free-Weight Group Class

8. Class period and number of sessions

The Free-Weight Group Class runs as fixed class groups, arranged month by month.

Each term generally runs as follows:

  • Once a week.

  • Four sessions a month.

  • Sixty minutes per session.

  • Actual dates and class groups are as stated on that month's product page and in the order.

The Free-Weight Group Class has four sessions each month. When a month has a fifth regular class day, whether a fifth session is added is as announced for that month's class; if it is not added, the four agreed sessions are unaffected.

9. Free-Weight Group Class fees and renewal

The standard monthly fee for the Free-Weight Group Class is NT$3,900, an average of NT$975 per session.

For students who renew for the consecutive month by the end of the previous month, the fee for that month is NT$3,600, an average of NT$900 per session.

Students decide each month whether to renew. There is no automatic renewal or automatic payment.

Existing students' spots in their class group are held until the end of the previous month. Students who pay by the deadline keep their spot and receive the renewal price.

If payment isn't completed by the deadline, the spot is opened to the waitlist and new students. If the class still has spots, the student can sign up again at the standard monthly fee.

Special terms for Beginner Strength Training

10. Beginner Strength Training period and fees

Beginner Strength Training – LV1 and LV2 are separate class terms.

Each term generally runs as follows:

  • Three to eight people per class.

  • A class runs with three or more people.

  • Two sessions over two weeks.

  • Ninety minutes per session.

  • NT$4,980 per person.

  • An average of NT$2,490 per session.

Actual class dates, times, content and who it's suited to are as stated on each term's product page and in the order.

11. Leave and absence

Group classes run as fixed class groups or fixed terms. Each session is scheduled on the dates and times stated on the product page, and class content builds continuously over the term.

If you can't attend for personal reasons, please let us know as early as possible by LINE, phone or another agreed method, so the coach can plan that session.

A session missed for personal reasons is treated as used and will not be made up, rescheduled or carried over. Sessions that have already passed unused are not counted as refundable sessions.

Students may apply to pause or terminate the contract under these terms because of injury or illness, pregnancy, travelling abroad for more than one month, or other reasons that make it difficult to continue attending.

This section's rules on personal absence do not apply when a class cannot take place because of the Studio or force majeure.

12. Class changes

If the Studio needs to change a class time, service location or coach, it will generally notify students at least 24 hours before the original class starts by LINE, phone, text message or another agreed method.

In cases such as the coach's sudden illness, a power outage, equipment failure or other unforeseeable circumstances, the Studio will notify students as soon as possible after becoming aware.

If the original class cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the Studio, students may choose, depending on the situation, to:

  1. Make up the session on another date.

  2. Transfer to another class group with matching content and level.

  3. Credit the amount toward future class fees.

  4. Receive a refund of the average price per session for that session.

After an order is placed, the Studio may not, without the student's consent, unilaterally reduce the number of sessions, shorten class time, raise fees or reduce the agreed services.

13. Government closures and force majeure

If the Kaohsiung City Government announces a suspension of work or classes, the Studio will generally cancel classes that day.

If classes cannot take place due to natural disasters, government orders, changes in law or other causes not attributable to either party, the Studio will offer the following options depending on the situation:

  1. Make up the session on another date.

  2. Transfer to another class group with matching content and level.

  3. Credit the amount toward future class fees.

  4. A refund of fees for sessions not provided.

If a student chooses a refund for sessions not provided, the Studio will not charge a refund handling fee.

For general weather conditions that do not meet the government's criteria for suspending work or classes, and where the Studio has not announced a cancellation, classes will generally go ahead as normal.

14. Pausing classes

Students who find it difficult to continue attending for any of the following reasons may apply to pause by providing relevant proof or a reasonable explanation:

  1. Travelling abroad for more than one month.

  2. Temporarily unable to exercise due to injury, illness or physical discomfort.

  3. Pregnancy, childcare or caring for family members.

  4. Military service.

  5. A job change or move that makes it difficult to keep attending.

  6. Other reasons that make it difficult to fulfil the contract.

The Studio will process the request within seven working days of receiving complete information.

No fees are payable for classes that have not yet started during the pause. For classes already contracted, the validity of unused sessions is extended by the actual length of the pause, and after resuming, the student is placed in a suitable class group based on available spots.

If sudden injury, illness or physical discomfort makes it impossible to apply in advance, the student may apply within one month after it occurs.

If a student has paused for health reasons for six full months and a doctor certifies that they remain unfit to exercise during that period, the student may terminate the contract. The Studio will refund the fees for unused sessions without charging a refund handling fee.

15. Termination by the student and refunds

Students may notify the Studio to terminate the contract before the end of the current class term.

Within seven days of the contract taking effect

If the contract is terminated within seven days of taking effect and no class services have been used, the full amount paid will be refunded with no refund handling fee.

More than seven days after the contract takes effect, or after classes have started

More than seven days after the contract takes effect, or once class services have started, students may still terminate the contract before the end of the current term.

Sessions that have not yet taken place are refunded at the average price per session.

Sessions that have already passed unused are not counted as refundable sessions, under Section 11.

The Studio charges a fixed handling fee of NT$300 for such refunds. If the refundable amount is less than NT$300, the handling fee is capped at the refundable amount, and the student will not be asked to pay the difference.

Where the law does not allow a handling fee to be charged, this fee will not be charged.

After the current term ends, sessions that have already passed are not counted as refundable sessions, unless mandatory provisions of law require otherwise.

16. Termination attributable to the Studio

If the Studio cannot continue to provide the agreed classes for reasons attributable to it, or changes the service location without the student's consent, the student may terminate the contract.

The Studio shall refund the full fees for sessions not provided, without a handling fee, and shall also pay the student NT$300, matching the refund handling fee set out in these terms.

17. Student conduct and the Studio's right to terminate

To maintain class safety, teaching order and the interests of other students, if a student behaves in a way that seriously disrupts a class or endangers others, the Studio shall first explain the issue to the student and give a reminder.

If the behaviour continues after discussion and reminders, and the situation is serious, the Studio may terminate the contract and refund the fees for sessions not provided, without a handling fee.

This section may not be used as grounds for the Studio to arbitrarily refuse to perform the contract or avoid its refund obligations.

18. Transfer of contract

Before the end of the current class term, and with the Studio's consent, a student may transfer their remaining class entitlement to a third party who is suitable for the class.

The transferee must meet the class's basic eligibility requirements and complete the necessary health disclosure.

After the transfer, the remaining sessions, validity period, average price per session and other contract terms remain unchanged.

The Studio charges a processing fee of NT$600 for a contract transfer; if the relevant law sets a lower cap, that cap applies.

19. Health conditions and training arrangements

Before signing up and throughout the class, students must truthfully disclose any health conditions that may affect training plans or safety, including medical history, post-surgery conditions, recent injuries or pain, current medication, pregnancy or other relevant circumstances.

If your health changes, please let the Studio know.

Where needed for class planning or training safety assessment, the Studio may ask students to first confirm with a medical professional what range of exercise is currently suitable, and to provide recent information necessary for planning classes.

Disclosing health conditions truthfully does not mean you can't take part in classes. The coach will help determine a suitable way to start based on your current condition, training experience and movement foundation.

Based on a student's condition on the day, how they move and safety considerations, the coach may adjust movement versions, training content and intensity, or suggest sitting out that day's class.

If, after assessment, the Studio cannot provide the originally agreed class services, sessions not provided will be handled under these terms' termination and refund provisions.

Everyone's situation is different. If you're unsure whether training is suitable for you right now, please talk to a medical professional first.

20. Personal data and health information

Personal data provided by students when signing up and during classes is collected, processed and used by the Studio in accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and this website's Privacy Policy, and is used only for:

  • Processing sign-ups and payments.

  • Arranging classes and contacting students.

  • Training safety assessment.

  • Accounting and contract performance.

  • Handling consumer disputes.

  • Necessary uses required by law.

21. Public liability insurance

The Studio holds public liability insurance for its business premises as required by law.

Details such as the insurer, policy number, policy period and coverage are displayed prominently at the business premises and on the Studio's website for students to check.

22. Performance guarantee

The Free-Weight Group Class is billed month by month and is therefore not within the scope of prepaid fee performance guarantee requirements.

23. Termination notices and refund methods

Requests for leave, pausing, termination and refunds can be made in writing, by LINE, by email or by another method agreed by both parties.

A termination notice takes effect when it reaches the Studio.

Refunds will be made within fifteen working days after the termination notice takes effect, using the original payment method or a method confirmed by both parties.

24. Dispute resolution and other matters

If either party has questions about the classes or these terms, both shall first explain and try to resolve them together. If the issue still cannot be resolved, the student may seek help from a consumer service center, consumer protection officer, consumer dispute mediation committee or the relevant authority, as provided by law.

If litigation arises from this contract, both parties agree that the Taiwan Kaohsiung District Court shall be the court of first instance. This does not exclude the application of jurisdiction for consumers or small claims under the Consumer Protection Act and the Code of Civil Procedure.

If any part of these terms conflicts with mandatory law, that part shall be handled according to the relevant law, without affecting the validity of the other lawful provisions.

The Studio may not retroactively change the important rights and obligations of contracts already formed through website announcements, internal rules or any other unilateral means.
