Free-weight and specialty training equipment at Beyoung Training

Good equipment gives the coach more options

When people walk into Beyoung Training, some notice the equipment first.

Eleiko, Kabuki, Rogue, plus specialty squat bars of different designs, multi-grip bars, technique bars and an open trap bar. If I had to describe our equipment, I'd compare it to a well-equipped professional workshop. A workshop doesn't have just one tool. Different people, different training experience and different stages naturally call for different tools. That's why Beyoung Training has this specialty equipment.

The coach adjusts equipment, movement versions and load to each student's current movement foundation and training experience, starting from where you can manage and increasing weight step by step. If you're not sure whether one-on-one or a group class suits you, How to choose a class explains the difference between them.

Specialty squat bar: Marrs-Bar

01

特殊深蹲槓鈴火星槓

The Marrs-Bar can reduce direct pressure on the spine, shoulders, hips and knees. It's well suited to athletes returning from injury or dealing with limited mobility, and it also helps healthy athletes squat with more comfort and stability, so they can train harder with less wear and tear.

Its built-in harness pad doesn't press on the neck or cervical spine, so lifters can handle more weight and focus on their position in movements such as handle back squats, front squats, split squats and good mornings.

Who it's for: people whose shoulders or wrists feel uncomfortable when squatting, or whose back tightens up easily.

What you'll notice: a steadier upper back, more confidence sitting down into the squat, and a more consistent movement.

ATPONLY specialty bar: White II Longevity Bar

Using the handle front squat with the White II Longevity Bar lets you load the torso while avoiding direct shear stress on the spine.

A neck injury that stops you from doing handle back squats or regular back squats?

Who it's for: people who want to squat but lack shoulder mobility,
or who want more stability.

What you'll notice: a more comfortable grip, better upper-body control,
and growing confidence the more you train.

03

ATPONLY specialty bar: Silver Longevity Bar

The only purpose of the Silver Longevity Bar is to let you practise "a stable, deep center with force from the limbs" safely and with complete peace of mind. Its aim is simple: head up, chest up.

Building on the design ideas of the Classic Longevity Bar and the pull-handle Longevity Bar, the Silver Longevity Bar offers more torso tolerance and almost no pressure on the back of the neck.

So you can focus completely on "head up, chest up, squat down, stand up"!

Why the Silver Longevity Bar?

Following the Classic Longevity Bar and the pull-handle Longevity Bar, the Silver Longevity Bar is currently the most foolproof bar in the Longevity Bar series. Its geometry and weight balance place all the load directly over the shoulders, removing pressure on the back of the neck entirely.

The Silver Longevity Bar lets you squat with a load position close to a high-bar squat, avoiding the potential stress on the shoulders and wrists of a straight bar on your back, while engaging both the posterior and anterior chains.

It also allows more freedom in torso angle and a center of mass close to the middle of the body, reducing unnecessary shear stress on the hips and helping you get more out of heavy training. And once you've tried it, there's no going back.

Kadillac Bar

KABUKI specialty bench press bar: Kadillac Bar

The latest professional training bar from the Kabuki Strength team, and one of the best multi-grip barbells on the market.
The Kadillac Bar is especially suited to athletes and students who bench press often, because its handle design greatly reduces stress on the shoulders.

ATPONLY specialty bar: Classic Longevity Bar V3

The Classic Longevity Bar has a one-piece bar body, the strongest construction in the range. It's for people who regularly need to lift heavy weights.

It's the most reliable construction especially for daily 5×5 training sets above 200 kg and vertical loads above 400 kg.

A new support structure reduces the chance of pressure on the back of the neck in squat movements, with a center of mass similar to the Classic Longevity Bar V3, making it easier to handle when you're starting out. It gives beginners and special populations a low barrier to entry, opening the door to continued training.

Building on the design ideas of the Classic Longevity Bar, the Technique Longevity Bar is adjusted for smaller-framed people and can greatly reduce pressure on the shoulders. Its very light build is designed for training newcomers, so you can get familiar with and master weight training step by step without strain.

The best bar for beginners to practise "a stable, deep center with force from the limbs," so you can "head up, chest up, squat down, stand up" with complete confidence from day one.

The Öppen Bar is an open trap bar designed for ease of use, offering a wide range of lifting and training possibilities, from deadlifts to rows, presses, split squats and more. Its excellent loading stand lets you load and unload plates without lifting the bar, and keeps the bar balanced while you train.
