- Once a week, four sessions a month, 1 hour per session. Classes run in fixed time slots; single-session registration or single-session trials are not available.

- New to this class? See the full Free-Weight Group Class introduction at the top first, including the format, who it's for, class times, and how a session runs.
- The Free-Weight Group Class follows a shared program and weekly version planned around the whole class. Most members follow the shared version, with weights set to each person's current ability. The coach only makes necessary adjustments when a member isn't currently suited to that week's version or can't complete it steadily.
- If you have a medical history, are recovering from surgery, or have a recent injury, please provide the relevant information as described in the registration rules so the coach can take it into account when planning your training. Everyone's situation is different; if you have any concerns, please talk with a medical professional first.
Beyoung Training Free-Weight Group Class – November 2026
Class format
This class runs in fixed time slots, with one month per term.
The whole class follows a shared program and weekly version, with each person's training weights set to their current ability. If a member isn't suited to that week's version, the coach makes the necessary adjustments.
Absences and make-up sessions
If you are absent, miss a session, or don't attend for personal reasons, we don't offer make-up sessions, rescheduling, or extensions.
If classes are cancelled because of a government-announced natural disaster closure or other force majeure, Beyoung Training will arrange make-up sessions or a credit.
Refunds
Termination and refunds are handled under Beyoung Training's current refund policy.
Age and health
The Free-Weight Group Class is currently designed for adults aged 20–59. If you're 60 or older, we generally recommend starting with a One-on-One Trial, so the coach can understand your current movement ability and what you can handle, and then discuss the right way to begin.
If you have a medical history, are recovering from surgery, or have a recent injury, please provide the relevant information as described in the registration rules. Everyone's situation is different; if you have any concerns, please talk with a medical professional first.
Also note
Some time slots are women only; all other time slots are open to everyone.
